Ponzu sauce
Ingredients
- juice of 1 lime
 - juice of 2 lemons
 - 50ml rice vinegar
 - 120ml soya sauce
 - 1 piece (4cm x 6cm) konbu

		Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar and leave in the fridge to infuse for a few hours, then strain and store until needed.
