INGREDIENTS

• 2 red velvet sponge (try this red velvet recipe)
• 2 whipped cream
• strawberries to garnish

METHOD

CUT the sponge using a small heart shaped cookie cutter.

LAYER the first sponge with whipped cream then top with the second sponge.

LAYER the top with whipped cream then garnish with fresh sliced strawberries.
