Easy cheesy pizza

Your weekly menu is incomplete without this easy cheesy pizza! It’s one of our best pizza recipes that the whole family is guaranteed to love. If there are magically any leftovers, these cheesy pizza slices are a delicious lunchbox treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 ½ cup mozzarella, grated
  • 4 spicy pepperonis, sliced in half

 

METHOD

PREHEAT oven to 180°C.

IN a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and make the dough.

DUST the work surface with flour and knead the dough for about 8 minutes.

ROLL out the dough with a rolling pin and form a flat round shape.

PLACE the dough on a greased pizza pan and poke the base with a fork.

SPREAD tomato sauce over the base and bake the base for 3 minutes.

TOP the base with cheese and pepperoni and bake for 8 minutes.

SLICE the pizza into 8 pieces.

GARNISH with basil.
