This gorgeous layered strawberry, yoghurt and chocolate dessert is worth a celebration. The beautiful colours make it especially perfect for Valentine’s or New Year’s.

Strawberry, yoghurt and chocolate dessert
Ingredients
- 250g strawberries, chopped
 - 15ml (1 tbsp) castor sugar
 - 50ml sherry
 - 125ml (½ cup) chocolate sauce
 - rind of 1 lemon
 - 300g Greek yoghurt

															Mix together the strawberries, sugar and sherry and set aside.

															Mix together the chocolate sauce and lemon rind.

															Line four serving glasses with the strawberry mixture and top with the yoghurt.

		Drizzle with the chocolate mixture and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
