Blueberry blast breakfast smoothie
Ingredients
- 200g fresh blueberries
- 50g raw almonds
- 50g oats
- 2 bananas
- 125ml (½ cup) yoghurt
- 5ml (1 tsp) honey (optional)
- 125ml (½ cup) crushed ice

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
