Whisky & Gin Live Celebration

Pretoria, it’s your turn! After an incredibly successful Cape Town leg, the Whisky & Gin Live Celebration is turning up the heat at the Menlyn Park Shopping Centre with an impressive selection of Scottish Highland, Irish and American whiskies and craft gins to suit any palette.

“Our next instalment of Whisky & Gin Live in Pretoria is promising to be another spectacular three-day event before we hit Durban later in June,” says Ken Varejes, Whisky Live CEO. “For our Pretoria guests, we have a new refreshed look and layout, and we’ve signed up a wide variety of brands including the latest offering from media personality Khanyi Mbau: I AM Khanyi pink gin.” The gin comes in a glass bottle with gold labelling designed in partnership with Copper & Malt.

“Guests will also enjoy locally crafted gin, like Melodramatic’s The Phantom Gin, which is distilled with export-quality Rooibos, cardamom, caraway, lemon blossom and a hint of cinnamon. American whiskies include Uncle Nearest and That Cigar Girl, which will offer guests a variety of premium cigars to enjoy. Oriental spiced gin Opihr, inspired by visits to the Orient and various countries along the ancient Spice Route is on offer as well, along with Honest Chocolate, a small artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Cape Town, and Just Biltong amongst others,” Ken continues. “The Menlyn Park Shopping Centre is a fantastic central venue for this event and we look forward to a fantastic three-day event.”
