Every corner will have something new to discover. Sip on authentic Cuban mojitos or try a sake Japanese cocktail at the Take 5 feature stand. Brief to Chef: If Johannesburg was a flavour… “I took this brief and interpreted it into a modern Johannesburg, I envisioned what a modern South Africa means to me and the small influences we all have on each other. Johannesburg is a modern cosmopolitan city, its young, funky and diverse.” Executive Chef, Blake Anderson at 3SIXTY, Montecasino.

Without giving too much away, diners can look forward to an array of South Africa’s most iconic meals.  Think fish and chips, lamb potjie, Chesa Nyama, Peppermint Crisp and a whole lot more.

The Chef’s Table experience will include:
