Chocolate M&M’s boozy freak Halloween shake
Ingredients
- 40g baking chocolate
- 1 cup of full cream milk
- 1ℓ vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of Baileys
- 2 cups chocolate M&M’s (2 small packs)
- 1 cup of Skittles
- 4 scoops of ice cream (must keep frozen – the ice cream melts very quickly)
- 4 doughnuts
- 4 candy lollipops
- 4 paper straws
Instructions
In a pot on medium heat, place baking chocolate and ½ cup of milk into a saucepan. Stir this mixture until the chocolate has melted.
Place chocolate sauce to the side and allow to cool.
Once cooled and slightly sticky, use a palette knife to smear the melted chocolate around the tip of the glass or jar, about 3cm thick.
Stick the chocolate M&M’s one at time onto the chocolate (this is the fun part). Once this has been done, place the glass or jar in the fridge for about 15mins to set.
Some of the chocolate will drip but that’s the look and feel you want, so don't stress.
While the chocolate sets in the fridge, combine the ice cream, Baileys, the rest of the milk and 1 pack of M&M’s into a blender.
Blitz using a blender but don't blitz too much - you need to keep some small chocolate M&M chunks in the mixture to make it extra decadent.
Remove jar or wine glass out the fridge, and slowly pour the boozy milkshake inside.
Then place the plain doughnut on top of the glass or jar.
Top each glass with a scoop of ice cream.
Sprinkle and decorate with the remaining M&M’s - if you'd like to make your shake extra freaky, sprinkle a very generous handful of Skittles on top.
Lastly, stick a candy lollipop in the ice cream and place a straw on the side.
Repeat this with the other 3 glasses of jar
Then sip back, relax and enjoy!!
