Adding some spicy flair to your food has never been so easy. These hot drumsticks are the perfect way to change up a classic chicken dish, all in less than an hour!
Paprika and chimichurri chicken drumsticks

Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a bowl, combine 100ml olive oil, 15ml (1 tbsp) paprika, 30ml (2 tbsp) chimi churri blend (available at woolworths.co.za), 30ml (2 tbsp) garam masala blend, 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed, and juice of ½ lemon. Rub the mixture over 8 chicken drumsticks, place on a roasting tray, season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and top each drumstick with a knob of butter. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes and serve immediately.
