Cheers to the weekend! Mimosas are why we brunch and raspberry mimosas just make them better. We’ve added a spin on the classic mimosa with an infusion of berries. This raspberry mimosa with fresh berries, a touch of mint, and cranberry juice will brighten up any special occasion and it only takes 10 minutes to make!
Berry mimosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry juice, chilled
- 2 cups dry sparkling wine, chilled
- 4 tsp pomegranate juice
- To serve
- ó cup raspberries
- Mint sprigs, leaves picked
Instructions

Fill each flute of the way with cranberry juice.

Top up with sparkling wine.

Add 1 tsp pomegranate juice into each glass.

Top with raspberries and mint leaves.
