The Hangover smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
 - 1/2 cup strawberries
 - 1/2 cup chilled green tea
 - 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yoghurt
 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
 
Instructions
