Make this flavourful dressing at home. Use it on salads and when grilling fish or veggies. It lends instant flavour without all the hard work.
Basic camping dressing
Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
 - handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
 - 3 spring onions, chopped
 - 375ml (1½ cups) olive/avocado oil
 - 125ml (½ cup) lemon juice
 - 30ml (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
 - 20ml (4 tsp) honey
 - salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 
Instructions

		Place all the ingredients in a glass jar that seals tightly. Shake to mix and refrigerate until needed.
