Melon vodka cocktail

Melon vodka cocktail

Serves: 200ml
Cooking Time: 5 mins excluding steeping time

Ingredients

  • MELON VODKA

  • 200ml vodka
  • ½ honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and chopped

  • COCKTAIL

  • 200ml melon vodka
  • 30ml dry vermouth
  • ice, to serve
  • 2 melon slices, peeled and seeded, to serve

Instructions

To make the melon vodka, pour the vodka in a jar and add the melon. Seal and allow to steep for a few days, shaking at least once a day.

To make the cocktails, place the vodka, vermouth and ice in a cocktail shaker or a jar with a lid and shake vigorously for a minute. Pour the mixture into 2 martini glasses and garnish with melon.
