Mini fresh fruit tartlets
Ingredients
- 12 pre-prepared mini tart cases
 - 250ml (1 cup) custard
 - 100ml whipping cream, whipped to
 - stiff peaks
 - sliced seasonal fresh fruit of your
 - choice: figs, gooseberries, mangoes,
 - raspberries, star fruit
 
Instructions

															Fill the tart cases one-third full of custard.

															Top with the whipped cream.

		Arrange the fruit attractively on top of the tart, plate up and serve.
