Heat 250ml fresh cream in a pot over medium heat; do not boil. Stir in 40ml smoked paprika and season to taste. Melt 40ml butter in a frying pan and fry 12 cleaned and deveined queen prawns. Remove, drizzle with the paprika sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh dill.
