Pea, mint and feta fritters recipe

Pea, mint and feta fritters are deliciously crispy vegetarian appetisers. Golden and crunchy, fritters are almost universally loved. Pea and mint are wonderfully refreshing flavours, and the salty feta is a welcome creaminess.
