As if gin needed to be more appealing. Pink gin is near irresistible, no small thanks to its bedazzling colour. This is the perfect glass of cool glamour.

Shake 2 dashes of Angostura bitters into a martini glass and swirl it around to coat the inside of the glass. In a separate mixing glass add a few blocks of ice and 50ml ice-cold gin. Stir well and strain into the martini glass. Garnish with shards of lemon zest.
