This strawberry milk recipe is a delicious twist on the classic strawberry milkshake. And it is healthier to boot! Start the day before with the strawberry ices as they need to freeze overnight.

Strawberry milk
Ingredients
- 500g (2 punnets) fresh strawberries, hulled
- 125ml (½ cup) castor sugar
- 30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
- 1 litre ice-cold milk, to serve
Instructions
Place the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and process until smooth.
Pour into ice-block containers and freeze overnight.
Serve the ice-cold milk with blocks of frozen strawberry pulp
