The Clover Club cocktail

Make this clover club cocktail courtesy of Hope Distillery’s StrangeLove Cocktail Lounge.

INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Hope African Botanical Gin
• 1 egg white
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml raspberry syrup

Garnish

• Garnish with speared raspberries

METHOD

For the raspberry syrup, muddle 3 or 4 fresh raspberries with 15ml simple syrup.

Add the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake well.

Serve

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass garnished with some speared raspberries.
