Summer lovin’ Lollies

Delightful frozen treats, ideal for cooling off in summer.

Summer lovin' Lollies

Serves: 8
Cooking Time: 5 mins + 4 hrs/overnight, to freeze

Ingredients

  • 250ml (1 cup) SPAR Veggie Plus Beetroot, Cucumber and Other
  • Fruits Juice
  • 250ml (1 cup) SPAR 100%
  • Pineapple Juice
  • 100g fresh pomegranate rubies

Instructions

Combine the Veggie Plus juice and pineapple juice in a jug.

Distribute the pomegranate rubies in 8 ice lolly moulds. Divide the mixed juice among the 8 ice lolly moulds.

Place in the freezer, 1 hour. Insert an ice lolly stick into each semi-set ice lolly and freeze for another 3 hours or overnight, until completely frozen.
