Summer lovin' Lollies
Ingredients
- 250ml (1 cup) SPAR Veggie Plus Beetroot, Cucumber and Other
 - Fruits Juice
 - 250ml (1 cup) SPAR 100%
 - Pineapple Juice
 - 100g fresh pomegranate rubies

															Combine the Veggie Plus juice and pineapple juice in a jug.

															Distribute the pomegranate rubies in 8 ice lolly moulds. Divide the mixed juice among the 8 ice lolly moulds.

		Place in the freezer, 1 hour. Insert an ice lolly stick into each semi-set ice lolly and freeze for another 3 hours or overnight, until completely frozen.
