Steamed prawn tails with zesty Asian dressing
Ingredients
- 18 extra-large prawn tails
 - 75ml light soya sauce
 - 75ml honey
 - 50ml peanut oil
 - 25ml fish sauce
 - 50ml fresh lime or lemon juice
 - 2cm ginger root, minced
 - 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
 - 25g fresh coriander, roughly chopped

															Place the prawn tails in a large saucepan and add a little water to cover the base. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.

															Allow to steam for 4 – 5 minutes and drain.

															Combine the rest of the ingredients and toss the prawns in some of the dressing.

		Arrange on a platter and serve immediately with the remaining dressing on the side.
